Choose and pay

You can purchase the listed packages immediately through secure Stripe checkout. All prices are in USD. InSocial Agency is not GST-registered and does not add GST. A content package covers one service month; it is a one-time payment, not an automatically renewing subscription. The one-page website is a separate one-time build.

Enquiry and creative-brief forms remain optional and do not take payment. An enquiry reference is not proof of payment. Stripe displays your payment outcome; we verify it before starting work.

What is included

Posts are static single-image graphics with captions and hashtags. Stories are individual static vertical frames. Reels use usable footage and photos you supply. Content is delivered ready to publish. Publishing, account management, advertising and ad spend are excluded unless separately agreed. See each service page for its deliverables and revisions.

The $199 USD one-page website is template-based, for one business and language, with up to six sections, up to 600 supplied words, six supplied images, a simple contact form with up to five fields and two consolidated revision rounds. Domain registration, hosting, business email and paid form services are separate costs. Extra pages, ecommerce, CMS, memberships, custom integrations, copywriting and ongoing maintenance are excluded unless separately agreed.

After payment

Send your brief using the same email address as your Stripe checkout so we can match the payment. We confirm the required materials, service period and delivery timing directly. If you need a particular deadline or a service outside the listed scope, contact us before purchasing. Work begins after payment is verified and the necessary project information is available. No delivery date or business result is guaranteed by payment alone.

Questions, changes and refunds

For a service issue, cancellation or refund request, contact hello@insocialagency.com with your payment reference. No automatic renewal, minimum term, cancellation fee or blanket no-refund rule is established here. Nothing in this information limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Your materials

Supply only materials you are entitled to use and tell us about licence restrictions. We agree final file formats and usage details directly. Please do not put passwords, private access links, customer lists or sensitive records in a form. File uploads are not available on this site; any file-sharing method is agreed directly. Reach, rankings, followers and revenue are not guaranteed.
