INSOCIAL AGENCY
Enquiry privacy notice.
How this website handles the information you send.
Who to contact
Contact: Ieva Nevton, IN SOCIAL AGENCY. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@insocialagency.com. This notice covers website enquiries and how we use order and payment information.
Information you choose to send
The forms collect your name, email address, chosen service and, if you provide them, business details, creative-brief answers and public reference links. A contact message is needed when you use the question form; other creative details are optional. You can email us instead of using the form. Without contact details, we may be unable to respond.
Each request also stores a random reference, submission time, consent version, selected package and price, and a retry identifier to prevent duplicate submissions. If you submit while signed in, the request is associated with your site-specific account ID. You do not need an account to send an enquiry.
Why the information is used
Your enquiry is used to understand your request, respond, prepare a proposal where relevant and keep a record of the discussion. Technical request identifiers and times help prevent duplicate submissions and abuse. Submitting a form does not sign you up for marketing.
Storage and access
The website uses OpenAI Sites hosting and Cloudflare database infrastructure. Enquiries are stored in the site’s private database and can be reviewed by the site owner through its authorised management tools, including the owner’s connected assistant. The public website does not provide access to other people’s enquiries. A request reference or contact email alone does not unlock a saved record.
Signed-in visitors can view a limited receipt for their own signed-in submission. Visitors without an account receive an on-screen receipt and should keep it for their records. This site does not send automatic enquiry or invoice emails. Direct email correspondence is handled through the agency’s Gmail mailbox.
Hosting, account and email providers may process information outside Australia. This site does not promise Australia-only storage. Providers also process technical data needed to operate and secure their services.
Retention and your choices
Enquiries remain in the private database until they are removed; this site does not currently delete them automatically. Contact us if you would like to ask what we hold, correct a detail or request deletion. Please identify your enquiry without sending passwords or identity documents. We may need to confirm that a request concerns your information before disclosing it, and will explain any information that must be kept for a legal obligation.
You can raise a privacy concern using the same email address. Information about Australian privacy rights and complaint options is available from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. Which legal rights apply depends on the circumstances.
Payments, files and sensitive information
Payments are processed on Stripe-hosted checkout. Stripe collects payment and billing information under its privacy policy at https://stripe.com/privacy. This website does not receive card details or collect uploaded files. We use payment details available to us through Stripe to match orders and verify payment. Do not include passwords, bank-login details, private access links, customer lists or sensitive personal information in an enquiry. File sharing is arranged directly.
Updated 20 October 2026. If the enquiry service changes, this notice will be updated to explain the change.
