Research is independently sourced for your brief from public profiles and other sources permitted for the agreed use. We do not resell another platform’s database or use private client contact lists. Any licensed data must permit the intended delivery and reuse.
We record published business inquiry routes where available and permitted for reuse, with sources and dates. Public information can change, and contact coverage is not guaranteed. A creator’s stated location does not establish where their audience lives or confirm their availability.
Yes. There is no long-term contract or minimum commitment beyond the month you have paid for. You can cancel anytime by emailing hello@insocialagency.com. Request cancellation before your next renewal to stop that renewal. Your current paid month continues.
Subscription setup and monthly invoicing are currently handled directly. This website does not activate a subscription or automatic card billing.
The brief should build on your previous research, not unknowingly repeat it. Share any existing shortlist, and we agree duplicate exclusions, relevant updates and what can realistically be found before each research period. A narrow region or niche may limit new matches.
